Vraxton (“we”, “us”) operates an AI business operations platform that helps small and medium businesses detect and fix operational leaks. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information (name, email, business details), diagnostic chat transcripts, automation configurations, and usage telemetry that helps us improve the product. When you deploy an automation, we process the data that automation needs to run — for example, inbound call metadata or lead form submissions.
To deliver the service, improve our diagnostic engine, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information. We use aggregated, de-identified data to benchmark industry performance across our customer base.
Data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under strict internal controls.
